Cancellation Agreement


TRANSFER POLICY



Transfer to any subsequent batch is not allowed.  The student has to cancel out from the current batch as per our cancellation agreement only.  There will be no refund once the batch is over.


DISMISSAL FOR MISCONDUCT



If a student is found to be disturbing the environment and discipline of the class, he/she may be removed permanently and asked to leave the class. Refund for the remaining sessions will be made as per the Cancellation Agreement only.


NO PROMISES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND



ARE MADE BY DIPTI SHAH’S INSTITUTE for your performance or satisfaction, even though many past students have greatly benefitted by our teachings. Your performance depends a great deal on your ability and capacity to learn in addition to self-discipline, hard work, regularity in attendance, doing homework, internal motivation, determination, support of the family, etc. You have to be very regular and punctual always.               


CANCELLATION AGREEMENT



No cancellation charges will apply if a student cancels his registration before the starting date of the classes.

Once the batch begins, from the first day of the batch, 2.5% of the fees per day (session) will be deducted as cancellation charges until the day of receipt of the written application from the student on email to diptishahs@gmail.com requesting cancellation for any reason what-so-ever.

No refund, once the batch is over.
